Do you remember the day when we were just surfing
and suddenly saw something which drew our attention completely?
Yes I do.
I remember the time when we started blogging in a quest for exposure and ended
up with First Bloggers Meet at Indore.
The momentary pleasure it gave was felicific and there began our journey as
food bloggers.
Ahhh! What a feeling it was, food being served to you for hours and hours with an
exotic texture and fragrance, so lingering and perpetually craving, and a surmounted feeling to gulp and
not stop.
So let me tell you about what we had first.
It’s all a weather comfort food!
So let me tell you about what we had first.
It’s all a weather comfort food!
Can you guess which food item I’m talking about, can you?
Ok! So its soup! I will tell you
about tangy chicken coriander soup. Swear!!! It was so yummy that I couldn’t
resist myself sipping up to the last drop. It had minced chicken pieces with
mouth watering coriander and wine flavour. Prepared with vapourised wine, the
aromatic soup is filled with some delectable flavours. Another one was Soup Malay, undeniably amazing taste it withheld.
(Soup Malay)
Had variety of salads, starting with...
-Cottage Cheese & Pineapple salad:
It had cheese covered with creamy texture of pineapple flavour.
-Mushroom-broccoli & Lettuce Salad:
It is warm, light and loaded with crunchy and fresh vegetables. Healthier food,
rich in Vitamin A.
- Chicken Chinese Salad: A glimpse
of this salad can impress you in a second. It has shredded chicken with red
chillies and vinegar i.e., flavoured with Chinese culinary.

Phew! After having nutritiously diversified salads we were served with choicest vegetarian starters.
In this, first of all we were served with Falafel,
a Lebanese Cuisine. Falafels are deep fried patties stuffed with Chickpea
and covered with bread crumbs. They are light green in colour inside as it has
stuffing of assorted veggies Tastes better when are crispy. It is a fast food
option. Falafel balls are served with hummus sauce.

Then served the dish which made me go crazy, literally crazy and that was Crispy Lettuce Wrap. It was the finest dish according to me whether we talk about its presentation or the delectable taste. It was served on the bed of lettuce which has toasted water chestnuts, corn, mushroom and fried vermicelli. A must try dish it is! Crispy Lettuce wrap belongs to Burmish Cuisine.

Continuing with the food galaxy comes now a preparation
of Cottage Cheese Ni Shangsi Pepper. It
is a savory flavour of cottage cheese made with Chinese sauces and the main
element which makes its flavour strong is burnt garlic Schezwan pepper.

And when you’ve been eating from so long it’s time
for a break with some extremely heart-soothing drinks.
The next content contains the Creamy Pie Mock tail, suggesting it being creamy to the core and
deliciously flavoured.

Surrendering to food that day, we ate our hearts
out.
Egg
Foi,
an Indonesian dish served with Sambal Sauce, is made of egg yolk, was so
presentable and appealing that the urge to taste it grabbed my senses wholly.
(Egg Foi)
Next came the Raspberry Mock Tail, the redness of the mock tail gave a glimpse of freshness and was boomingly refreshing.

Lebanese Cuisine tastes so well, man! The Fish Kebab
was awesome to its taste! Perfectly blended with spices of Arabic origin, the
kebab had a perfect flavour of turmeric embedded.

Then we had a pause for our stomach to have cravings
for luscious main course.
The roller-coaster ride of enjoyment and food was not
over yet. We were still left with most awaited and indispensable element of
lunch i.e., deserts, kuch mittha toh banta hai boss!
We were served with hot chocolate rolls with vanilla ice-cream. Apart from that we had Coconut pancakes also.

immeasurably worthy moment. The most enhancing experience ever with some
expertise and foodie connoisseurs made the day worth spending!
