1. Great Rann of Kutch:
Rann of Kutch in Gujarat is the largest salt desert in the world. The dazzling view of white desert under the presence of luminescence throbs one's heart. Gujarat tourism organizes a Rann Utsav every year which has begun from 24th December and will last until 29th February 2016. Rann Utsav is a carnival, celebrated on grand scale. It has various dance performances, music, camel rides under the shining moon lights and intensify the serene beauty of white sand. You can also give a new meaning to your new year.
Honestly speaking Rann of Kutch is our next target. We wish we could be there this new year!

Alleppey or Alappuzha is a city in Southern part of India, Kerala. It is the hub of panoramic Backwater. A very silent and less crowded place it is and is also popular for honeymoons. Stay in houseboats and spending time in quiet water can simply make you feel magical. December is most suitable to visit Alleppey as you can also enjoy ten days festival namely ‘Mullackal Chirap’.
