showering its bliss upon us and we have finally come up with the destinations
that could give your new year a boost with some positive vibes and chills.
Beginning the year
engulfed into spirituality is no less than a boon. So this time the article’s
going to be spiritually Indian.
1. Rumtek Monastery, Sikkim:
The
smallest state of India brings tourist a sense of pulchritude from within. The
place has a rich insight which offers tourist to submerge themselves into
spiritualism. Lose yourself to the ‘dharma’
at the Dharma Chakra Centre (Rumtek
Monastery). The monastery serves as a

Hazrat Nizamuddin Dargah, Delhi
(Nizamuddin):

the chills of Delhi, enlighten your soul with wisdom this New Year. Hazrat
Nizamuddin Dargah(Mosque), a shrine of sufi saint Nizamuddin Auliya inculcates
a feeling of togetherness beyond religion, caste and creed. Prayers offered at
Dargah are in the form of Qawali. Qawali are a regular event at Hazrat
Nizamuddin Dargah. How to reach? Land up to Delhi and catch a cab or metro to
reach the Nizamuddin.

Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, Delhi:
As
the name suggests, this gurudwara was earlier a bungalow to Raja Jai Singh. The
place has witnessed Guru Harkishan Singh Ji’s stay at the bungalow of Raja Jai
Singh and was named so. The gurudwara consists of sarovar, a holy water pond.
Holy hymns during the dawn and evening lighten up the atmosphere. Seriously
speaking being at a gurudwara is no less than bliss. The peace and the
satisfying urge for eternity helps cleansing one’s self from within barring all
the negativities. How to reach? Train up to Delhi or rather the Indira Gandhi
International Airport welcomes tourist open heartedly to tour Delhi to its
extremities, so why not catch a flight and reach the Connaught Place to
experience wholesome spirituality!

Parshwanath Temple, Madhya Pradesh
(Khajuraho):
Parshwanath
Temple is one of the Jain temples of Khajuraho. Well sculptured artefacts
representing the Hindu Gods and Goddesses enhance the temple’s speciality.
Khajuraho has served as home to Jain community since ages. The temples of
Khajuraho cherish the moments spent in worship at these temples. Khajuraho
portrays well the culture of Madhya Pradesh and is one of the UNESCO’s world
heritage sites. So grab some time to visit and inspire life from Khajuraho’s
archaic. How to reach? Domestic flights land at Khajuraho, so one can reach via
air, or road, or even via train.

St. Philomena’s Church, Karnataka (Mysore):
Churches
provide an eternal peace to mind and links human wholly to the Supreme Being. St.
Philomena’s Church which lies in the Diocese of Mysore was built in the honour
of St. Philomena. The Neo Gothic styled Church attracts tourist of diversified
origin to unite for the prayers for the welfare of mankind. The church remains open
from 5.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. every day. The touch of French architecture has
embellished the beauty of St. Philomena’s Church. How to reach? Mysore is air
connected from Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai via Bangalore. Buses speed up from
Bangalore at regular intervals which can too be affordable. Reaching Mysore one
can cab up to Mysore’s Ashoka Road to visit St. Philomena’s Church.
