To all the foodies’ out there, this post is for you!! :D

Food is an integral part of your writer’s and editor’s life. They’ve had a fight for food to the verge of slapping. :P

And this urge for food condemned them to bring their post for Night Food!

Yes our theme for this article is Night Food at Indore!

Bringing you the delicacies of Indore’s Night Food, we line up for you five must try dishes being at Indore at its Sarafa Night Market.

1.      Gajar Ka Halwa:

Made with grated carrot, khoya, milk and sweeteners, this dish is an impeccable and irresistible one to try out at the Sarafa Night Market. The enriching flavour pushes one’s adrenaline to a level where resistance to such a dish can cause a serious loss to senses. :P Garnished with some almonds, cashews and pistachios the dish is a combo of soul, mind and heart reaping flavours.

2.       Momos:

An amazing delight at Sarafa is Momos at Mcway Momos Centre. How many flavours of Momos have you eaten upto? (Do let us know in our comment box.) The man at this place offers you upto nine varieties of Momos! Whoa! Isn’t that amazing! And to the fact of surprise this man has added six new favours to his collection of Momos! Street food has its own speciality! Go soon. Grab some!

3.      Bhutte Ka Kis:

Corn has kept its appearance alive in some or the other form. This dish has also enhanced corn’s vitality for Indori’s (at least). :P Tempered with mustard seeds, curry leaves and a few more spices, crushed corn is served with grated coconut sprinkled over it with chopped coriander leaves whilst maintaining its granularity. Mouth watering... Isn’t it! The dish is exclusively for our night owls! It’s available after 9 p.m. So what’s your plan for tonight! ;)

4.      Kulfi

Kulfi has been your writer’s all time favourite. A visit to Sarafa hasn’t been considered complete until and unless the ultimatum had been a Kulfi! Kulfi with Vanilla ice cream and Roohafza is a must try thing at Sarafa. All the Indori’s out there, did you try it or not! Apart from Indori’s anyone who has been to Indore and have not visited this Night food place, his journey has been incomplete, truly. *_*

Try this exotic thing out at Sarafa.

5.      Samosa

A sweet and tangy relationship has evolved among the street food and the people out there. Samosa has been a heart line to every Indori. Isn’t it Indori’s? Sarafa’s samosas are the famous and above all which has and had been serving! Try out some flavoursome samosa at the Swadisht Samosa Corner! Personally I love it! :D

So out there at Sarafa try out some heart-soothing dishes for which anyone would just melt.
